11 – Refrigerant & Electrical Chase - A chase is provided for routing of the electrical and refrigerant piping. The electrical cabling can be provided with Pin and Sleeve connectors. The refrigerant piping can be provided with ball valves for easy disconnect.  When this option is provided, the system can be depreciated over 5 years. As well, in tenant situations, this system can be relocated as it would not be considered a “Leasehold Improvement”.
NOTE: If the rack load for each rack is less than 4 kW, then additional racks can be provided on one 17.5 kW cooling module. Additional cooling modules and rack modules can be added for additional capacity.  Additional cooling modules can be added for 2N or N+1 redundancy.  For larger systems utilizing more than 4 racks, additional Fire Detection/Suppression Modules are slaved to the Master Fire Panel.
Various UPS options are available in N, N+1, 2N, Individual UPSes per rack or external UPS systems. All components used in the Data Center In A Row are UL listed.
The closed architecture of this system provides a quiet, moisture resistant and secure environment for critical Computer Systems. In addition, this system can be relocated under emergency conditions such as hurricanes, flooding or other natural disasters, to a back up site.
